Via the billing inquiry form we collect your inquiry reason, email address, username, cardholder name, last 4 digits of your card, optional transaction details (date and amount) and your message. This data is processed solely to identify transactions and to resolve billing inquiries, cancellations and refunds.

Performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in resolving payment disputes.
Retention
Data is retained for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry and to meet payment-dispute record-keeping obligations, and is then deleted.
Sharing
Data may be shared with our payment service provider and acquiring bank strictly for the purpose of resolving your inquiry.

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
